Tomoe is a representative director at Technion Japan, Inc and has been actively working to bridge the gap between the startup ecosystems in Israel, Silicon Valley, and Japan.
Based in Silicon Valley, prior to founding Technion Japan, she worked at Google HQ as a Sr. Strategist and was a founder/CEO of a job-matching platform, JobArrive that utilized a machine learning technology to enhance job matching, which was acquired in 2016.
Tomoe is an avid writer and has authored 5 books in entrepreneurship, education and technology in Japan.
Tomoe has a BA degree in Psychology from Occidental College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
