Daikin Industries, Ltd. is not only a manufacturer of air conditioning equipment but also a producer of high-performance materials, including fluorochemical products, that support various industries globally, such as semiconductors, automotive, and information and communication devices. Currently, we propose solutions that leverage the excellent chemical stability, insulation properties, and optical characteristics of fluorochemical products to address technical challenges in energy conservation and disaster measures for data centers. In this presentation, we will introduce high-performance materials, including DAISAVE, a fluorinated liquid for next-generation immersion cooling, coatings for high-voltage busbars, and flame-retardant resin additives.
