New security risks introduced by Generative AI and countermeasure

Cybersecurity has always been a history of discovering and addressing new vulnerabilities, and while many of the tools used in malware and other attacks were code, the advent of generative AI is about to significantly change the way cybersecurity measures against threats are performed. With the advent of generative AI, we are entering a new phase where not only code but also data can be a threat. In other words, we are under pressure to update the basic concept of cybersecurity measures. In this session, I will introduce recent cybersecurity and information security threats caused by the emergence of generative AI, as well as their countermeasures.
