Design and Development Methodologies of High-Speed Interface PCBs for Electronic System Developers
Presented byRITA Electronics, Ltd.
In recent years, electronic systems in industrial applications have faced increasing data traffic and higher performance demands. This has led to the widespread adoption of DDR5 and LPDDR5 memory interfaces, as well as serial transmission technologies exceeding 10 Gbps, utilizing both NRZ and PAM4 signaling. At the same time, the trend toward low-voltage, high-current semiconductor devices has significantly raised the technical requirements for printed circuit board (PCB) design.
The reliability of such electronic systems is strongly influenced by the PCB material selection, layer configuration, and design quality. Therefore, appropriate design and verification during the development stage are essential. In this presentation, we will highlight key considerations in PCB design and introduce effective verification methodologies, supported by measurement results and simulation case studies from our company.
