Presented byZenken Corporation

By 2030, Japan is expected to face a shortage of up to 790,000 IT professionals. Securing skilled talent to support development in the age of AI and generative AI has become more urgent than ever. As the importance of hiring global talent grows, Zenken—having introduced over 400 Indian engineers to Japanese companies—will explain the full process of successfully integrating science and engineering talent (in IT, mechanical, and electrical fields) into your workforce. For companies hesitant to hire foreign nationals due to concerns about language or cultural differences, we will introduce real examples of our comprehensive support: from Japanese language training and visa acquisition to interview strategies, all based on our proven educational expertise.
