From OSS to Edge AI:
Legal Issues and Key Considerations in the Use of Generative AI

With the growing adoption of generative AI, the use of SLMs (Small Language Models) and LLMs (Local Language Models) is also expanding in the field of embedded systems. At the same time, concerns directly affecting corporate practice are increasing, including the use of OSS, the open-sourcing of LLMs, and deployment in local or on-premises environments, particularly in relation to intellectual property and licensing. In this seminar, we will explain the legal issues and considerations associated with the use of generative AI from a practical legal perspective.
