The Transformation of Industrial Architecture Driven by Cutting-Edge Technologies

The emergence of UberEats wasn't merely an evolution of delivery services; it fundamentally reshaped the industrial architecture itself. Now, cutting-edge technologies are poised to bring similar structural transformations to every industry. This presentation explains why such technological innovations have such a profound impact on business models and industrial structures, and what perspectives and mechanisms are needed to “lead” rather than “follow” this transformation. Specifically, we will introduce the fundamental concepts of “system architecture”—key to corporate transformation—and the path to creating new value through its application, using real-world examples. We will provide insights for designing transformation strategies that look to the future, going beyond mere DX (digitalization).
