The Key to an EV Circular Society Lies in “Future Prediction”

In promoting the widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and advancing resource circulation, the revitalization of the reused (pre-owned) EV market is essential. Yet, it remains underdeveloped and continues to pose a challenge. MobiSavi, leveraging its independently developed EV Performance Prediction Technology, has built a three-in-one framework—comprising Performance Certification, Battery Performance Warranty, and Residual Value Guarantee—in collaboration with industry partners. By visualizing the reliability of reused EVs, clarifying their resale value, and redesigning distribution systems, MobiSavi presents a new market model that makes the EV circular economy a practical reality.

Graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Joined Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., where engaged in research and development of in-vehicle electronic systems, electric vehicles (EVs), connected cars, and autonomous driving technologies. Responsible for ICT systems for the Nissan LEAF and battery technology strategy, and received the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) Outstanding Paper Award. Since 2016, has served as a Fellow at 4R Energy Corporation, working on reused battery applications and V2X business development. In 2019, became a Fellow at DeNA Co., Ltd., promoting data-driven EV and mobility initiatives. In 2025, founded MobiSavi Inc., currently serving as Chairman and Fellow, driving the advancement of EV adoption and circular utilization of batteries.
