As AI and HPC rack densities continues to rise rapidly, liquid cooling is transitioning from an alternative to a critical requirement for next-generation datacenter. The presentation introduces a CDU-centric readiness framework and provides a multi-domain liquid cooling readiness checklist covering structure considerations, redundancy design, hydraulics, controls, fluid quality and commissioning to enable design-for-operation architectures. By improving the operation readiness, failure containment and serviceability, the framework offers practical guidance to enable liquid cooling to become a controllable and scalable engineering system.
