As part of efforts to address the rising issue of harmonics, our EC fans are equipped with EC motors that incorporate a harmonic suppression technology called Active PFC. This technology reduces the total harmonic distortion (THDi) from around 33% in conventional fan systems, including those with inverters, to 5% or lower. In certain cases, we can also propose solutions that help reduce the capacity of transformers and emergency power supplies on the building side, resulting in cost savings for the building owner.
