In system operations, quickly identifying the cause and recovering from a failure is essential, but a shortage of skilled personnel makes it difficult to secure them. In this seminar, we will introduce a system that uses generative AI built into the operations automation solution ""Cloud Arch"" to make failure response recommendations, enabling even newly hired personnel to immediately contribute and provide high-quality responses. Furthermore, by automating everything from normality checks to recovery and phone calls to secondary personnel, routine tasks can be performed without human intervention. This will enable us to achieve both improved operational efficiency and maintained quality.
