The New Standard in Data Center Monitoring for Enhanced Customer Satisfaction

Data centers are equipped with a wide range of facilities necessary to keep servers running, including power supply, air conditioning, and security systems. To ensure these facilities operate stably, monitoring through a DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) system is essential. In addition to the core purpose of monitoring, there is a growing need to provide services that meet user requirements when selecting a data center. These requirements may include the submission of facility operation data, immediate notifications in the event of equipment failures, and compliance with energy conservation regulations. In this presentation, we will introduce examples of how our facility monitoring service, @EYE, based on our DCIM system, addresses these requirements.
