AI-Ready Data Center Powered by 100% Renewable Energy: Ishikari Shinko Site
While decarbonization requirements are intensifying, AI infrastructure is becoming increasingly power-hungry and heat-generating. In this session, we will explain the design philosophy behind the “Ishikari Shinko Site” (scheduled to open in fall 2026), which is built on the premise of 100% renewable energy operation and is designed to support high-density workloads, including up to 20 kVA per rack. We will also outline key considerations for selecting a data center that meets both sustainability goals and business requirements, from perspectives such as energy-efficiency principles, scalability, and redundancy.
