北海道のセキュリティコミュニティ
～地域で学び、地域を守る～（仮）
北海道では、「HAISL」「LOCAL」「せきゅぽろ」などが連携し、勉強会や実践演習、学生・若手技術者の育成など、さまざまな活動を展開しています。本講演では、こうした地域コミュニティの取り組みを紹介するとともに、活動を通じて得られた知見や、組織におけるセキュリティ推進に役立つ考え方についてお話しします。地域で学び、つながり、人を育てることが、北海道のセキュリティを強くする原動力であることをお伝えします。

Kumi Takahashi MITANI works at SAKURA internet Inc. She is Chairperson of LOCAL, Vice Chair of the Hokkaido Area Information Security Liaison (HAISL), and Vice Representative of SecPolo. Based in Hokkaido, she is dedicated to promoting information security awareness, nurturing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, and strengthening local IT communities. LOCAL (Leading Organization of Community Activity for LOCAL) promotes collaboration, technical learning, and community building among IT professionals in Hokkaido.
