IPA has published "Information Systems Model Transactions and Contracts" when outsourcing agile development so that both user companies and vendor companies can understand the characteristics of agile development and promote development appropriately in close cooperation with the aim of developing high-value products, and the characteristics of its composition and contract model, etc. This is explained along with how to proceed with agile development. In addition, we will briefly explain the Q&A collection published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding the risk of being pointed out as a camouflage contract in agile development.
