Device provisioning is required to connect and communicate with your device to AWS IoT Core. Provisioning provides a certificate for each device and embeds it in the device. However, it is very difficult to manually carry out the process on mass-produced devices. Countermeasures against certificate leakage are also an important issue. As a way to solve these problems, this talk will introduce the device GR-ROSE equipped with AWS fleet provisioning and security H / W chip. In the talk, you will see a demo that actually communicates with AWS and performs fleet provisioning.
