Research and development of Vision Transformer toward hardware implementation

*Japanese only

The development of deep learning is expected to expand the “edge AI” market, including embedded systems. Edge AI must process many calculations on limited computing resources, so data structures and architectures are being researched and developed. In recent years, we will introduce the research and development trends of Vision Transformer, a computer vision AI model that has been rapidly researched, and the weight reduction for the hardware being researched and developed in our laboratory.
