DX Promotion through Agile Development by User

IPA has published "Information Systems Model Transactions and Contracts" when outsourcing agile development so that both user companies and vendor companies can understand the characteristics of agile development and promote development appropriately in close cooperation with the aim of developing high-value products, and the characteristics of its composition and contract model, etc. This is explained along with how to proceed with agile development. In addition, we will briefly explain the Q&A collection published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding the risk of being pointed out as a camouflage contract in agile development.

He received the M.E. degrees in computer science from Kyoto University. In 1981, he joined NTT. Since then, he has been engaged in R&D and standardization activities related to communication control processing systems, communication protocols, copyright management, digital content distribution, etc. at the institute. Transferred to NTT DATA Co., Ltd. in October 2003. Seconded to JST from 2004 to 2008. Joined NTT DATA i Co., Ltd. in April 2009 and was seconded to IPA at the same time. He was engaged in software engineering, system reliability, model contracts, etc. Retiring in March 2022, he became an IPA Technical Committee
