Digital Agency is seeking to create new value of Government digital service from a thoroughly people-oriented perspective under the mission "Human-friendly digitalization :No one left behind". To achieve this, it is essential to introduce appropriate service design processes and methods. The Digital Agency is now rapidly transforming its digital product development process itself, including procurement requirements, towards 'user-centred service design'. This session will explain what kind of change is required, while also covering actual examples and other information.
