Lean Behind Dramatic Overseas Growth and Japanese-Style "Management Technology"

*Japanese only

Associate Professor Iwao of Keio University's Faculty of Commerce, in his book "Japanese-style Management Strikes Back," states that Japan, which was strong, had "management technology" and that this "management technology" has in fact supported Japan as an industrial powerhouse. Why is there no increase in wages when we are working so hard? Why is Japan on the verge of dropping out of international competition? All of the Japanese people are bewildered by this question. I am sure you have never heard of this topic before, so I will share with you the essence of this issue and explain the concept and practical program of "Woven Work Design," a Japanese-style "management technology" systematized to go beyond Lean.
