Involved in times of rapid change, enterprise companies have to focus on how to improve customer experiences and agility. However, it's hard to change their development process quickly due to defense from legacy systems and existing processes. Successful companies are aware of adopting DevOps in their development process and implementing CI/CD on the cloud as a supportive tool. Based on this background, in this session, I'll introduce how to realize the optimized continuous delivery and what we should do the best first.
