Quality Engineering in Agile Development, DevOps, and Open Source

In an era of rapid value verification and creation in a rapidly changing world, the importance of adaptive and rapid development and operations through agile development and DevOps, as well as efficient development using open source, is increasing. In this talk, based on the latest edition of the SQuBOK Guide, I will overview the concept of quality in development and discuss the relationship between quality and process characteristics in dynamic development and operations, focusing on the agile quality pattern QA to AQ and agile as well as open source metrics. The talk will explain the relationship between process characteristics and quality in dynamic development operations (e.g., the relationship between rapid issue resolution and user satisfaction), as well as the incorporation of quality and quality assurance.
