Central Research Laboratory, engaged in research on development process improvement with a focus on software and the application of research findings to the field. Subsequently, primarily worked with manufacturing industry clients, conducting consulting on DX (Digital Transformation) and BPR (Business Process Reengineering) using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and the Products Relationship Process (PReP) Model, along with Process Flow Diagrams (PFD). Also participated in the launch of a smart factory solutions business based on Hitachi's internal business improvement knowledge. Furthermore, in order to systematically organize effective application methods for process design technology in various fields, including DX and BPR, established the Process Design Subcommittee at the Software Engineers Association in 2021.
