On Efforts to Improve Efficiency of Functional Verification in Embedded Systems Development

Presented byVector Japan Co., Ltd.

Embedded systems are used in a wide variety of products across many industries, including automobiles, medical devices, and consumer electronics. In this product development phase of embedded system development, software is often developed on a PC environment, and operation verification is performed on the actual hardware device on which the developed software is mounted. Therefore, the cost of making software modifications when some defects occur cannot be underestimated. This presentation will focus on the theme of improving development efficiency through effective use of virtual environments, and will present an example of a solution.
