The automotive industry is at a crossroads. With technological complexity and customer expectations at an all-time high, OEMs must maintain a delicate balance between standardization and differentiation. This keynote explores how a shift in thinking towards collaboration, strategic standardization and targeted differentiation can drive the future of automotive development. Christian Uebber

Christian Uebber is the Chief Technology Officer of ETAS. He is passionate about high-performance software development and developer productivity, which is often a challenge for the automotive industry. Before joining ETAS, Christian spent 5 years as the Chief Software Architect for Advanced Driver Assistance at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he led the transformation from a multi-project to a highly automated continuous delivery organization.

Dr. Hironori Kiyamura

Graduated Mar, 2009 with a doctor of science degree in Physics from Kobe University. Developed modem communication software for smartphones at current Ericsson Japan, before joining Bosch in Jan, 2015. After developing airbag ECU algorithms and becoming project manager for its production project, appointed to current role as general manager of the advanced technology development since Jan, 2022.
