Since joining, has been engaged in server development for transportation systems and mobile application development, working across a wide range of technical areas from backend to frontend. Currently, leveraging the accumulated knowledge of agile development, is promoting activities aimed at spreading and revitalizing the agile culture throughout the organization.

Mobile Engineer. Joined NTT DATA MSE Corporation in 2020. Since then, has primarily been engaged in developing mobile applications for the manufacturing industry, gaining experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies while working on Android/iOS development. Currently, leveraging the acquired knowledge of agile development methodologies, focuses on promoting the agile culture throughout the organization.

Joined NTT DATA MSE Corporation in 2000. Has been engaged in the development of multiple commercial systems and services for both B2C and B2B markets as a tech lead and manager. Currently, promoting gradual transformation through agile adoption in organizational operations and talent development to swiftly respond to the evolution of digital technology and changing market needs.
