Successful initiatives in organizational change

Are you struggling with the need for organizational reform in light of current organizational challenges, but finding it difficult to take action or to achieve impactful results? Kakuitchi, a long-established company with 138 years of history, will reveal the success factors of its large-scale organizational transformation from the perspective of digital transformation (DX). Since Tanaka Ribu took office as President and CEO in 2014, we have been promoting organizational reform under the belief that "we should aim to be an organization that thinks for itself and acts flexibly." As a result, we have been able to cultivate an organizational culture where challenges emerge continuously from the ground up. We will delve into the specific measures we undertook to improve our organizational culture and the outcomes achieved. This content provides an opportunity for practical learning and to consider the next steps toward realizing DX.
