Human resource development for Hypothesis validation know-how in the age of AI utilization
In an age where AI is being used, it is essential to acquire "hypothesis verification know-how." The importance of human-centered design (mindset, skills, etc.), which allows systematic learning about hypothesis verification, will be discussed while introducing the efforts of the human resource development program session "Hypothesis Verification Boot Camp*" to be held after this lecture (from 13:15 at the same venue).

Jun Katsunuma
Graduated from Tama Art University, he worked at NEC Design Corporation, Sony Corporation's Creative Center, and his own creative studio, where he engaged in a wide range of design activities such as communication, branding, and product design. He has won numerous design awards and served as a judge for design awards in Japan and abroad. He joined NEC in 2020 and is responsible for design function company wide. In 2022, he positioned the branding and messaging functions as part of the corporate planning department as a Corporate Executive. He became current position from 2023.
