James is currently the President of eYs3D Microelectronics, Co. , a fabless semiconductor company backed by the ARM IoT Fund, and also serves as Special Assistant to the CEO at Etron Technology Group, overseeing AI development planning and strategy. Throughout his career, James has successfully founded and led companies spanning consumer products, machinery, and materials, some of which have gone public in global markets. Additionally, he co-manages VENTURE+, a venture capital firm focusing on investments in AI and software. James was an invited speaker at TinyML Asia 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of the Taiwan Metaverse Technology Alliance, as well as a lead judge for university technology competitions under Taiwan’s Ministry of Education. During his tenure at eYs3D, he played a key role in the company’s transformation from 3D vision technology to AI, securing investments from renowned companies such as ARM IoT Fund, WI Harper, and Sunplus.
