Security Measures Required by the AI Guidelines for Business
The “AI Guidelines for Business Ver 1.0” was approved at the AI Strategy Meeting held by the Cabinet Office on April 19, 2024, and announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The Guidelines cover a wide range of topics, providing directions and specific approaches related to AI from the perspectives of AI developers, AI providers, and AI business users. In this session, Mr. Shibano will focus on its sections that address ensuring security, and explain the measures particularly required for AI business users from a legal perspective.
