Mitsubishi Electric announced "Serendie" as a new digital platform for business DX in May 2024. "Serendie" consists of four infrastructures; technology infrastructure enabling such as data analysis and Web API integration, co-creation infrastructure gathering various internal and external insights, human capital infrastructure aimed at strengthening DX human resources, and project promotion infrastructure promoting agile developments. In this session, we will introduce Serendie Street Yokohama, a new co-creation hub being established in Yokohama, and explain the waysof innovation creation we aim to foster together with our customers and partners.
